Experience Historic Charm while sipping a glass of fine, hand crafted wine. The Headley Inn is one of the very unique places to visit in Zanesville and Muskingum County. The Inn has been a historic landmark in Muskingum County, Ohio since the construction of the National Road made its way through Zanesville in 1831. Built between 1833 to 1835, the Headley is a beautifully restored, sandstone Inn listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We re-opened our historic Inn as a craft winery in May, 2022. All of our wines are crafted with care from hand-picked grapes. We currently feature six grape varietals that are offer a wine for all tastes and preferences. We offer two red wines that are dry with a supple feeling on the pallet, and a semi sweet red. Our white wines run from dry to sweet. We will be expanding our wine offerings quite often throughout the Summer and Fall so check back often. Come and take a step back in time at the Headley Inn Winery & Vineyard.
