Kelly Ashby, Vice President of the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitor Bureau for over 25 years promoting Muskingum County as a tourist destination. Kelly is a past President of the Ohio Travel Association. In addition, she served on the Public Relations Advisory Board for the State Department of Travel and Tourism; President of the 2003 Year of the Ohio Bicentennial; The Ohio Tourism Roundtable, and the State Board for the Ohio National Road / All American Scenic By-Way. Kelly is a lifetime resident of Muskingum County, a 1986 graduate of Zanesville High School and a 1990 graduate of Ohio University – Athens where she obtained a BS in Journalism. She resides in Zanesville with her husband Greg who is Vice President of Consumer Lending at North Valley Bank and together they have three children Andrew – Apprenticeship Director for Ohio Rural Water Association, Maddie – Sales and Marketing Director for the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau and Ben a soccer and basketball playing third grader who loves John Wayne.
Ashley Cook, Director of Sales and Marketing joined the CVB team early 2020, after several years of working with local businesses through the Chamber of Commerce in Muskingum and Guernsey counties. Ashley is a resident of Muskingum County, a 2010 graduate of John Glenn High School, a 2014 graduate of Ohio University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication and Business Management. In 2018, she graduated with her MBA in Business Marketing from California Coast University. Ashley is an active member of Genesis’ Spirit of Women and New Concord Board of Trade. Ashley and her husband, Andy, currently live in Zanesville.
Starr Jinkens is a lifelong resident of Zanesville and a graduate of Maysville High School and Muskingum University, with a degree in Accounting. Her family has owned a business in Muskingum County since 1930, which is where she started her career. She has a background in business, management and bookkeeping. Starr and her husband, Mark, have two daughters, Morgan and Alissa, and a soon to be Son-In-Law, Caleb Dreier. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and road cycling. Starr is also the Assistant Coach for the Maysville High School Swim Team.
