The space All space but the under-developed rooms of the basement, no garage usage. Guest access All parts of the home with the exception of the basement. It should not be included in review. Other things to note We have been reinvesting all money over expenses, some reviews do not match current property. Recent upgrades include: new fire pit deck, new access stairs, monthly maid service on top of owner cleaning before/after each stay. All new toilets, well pump and timer, and upgraded lighting. Larger and better quality TV, wifi still in place, and dilapidated above ground pool removed. Each month we improve the property based on reviews and available funds. Enjoy!
