The space Enjoy our tranquil 5 private acres amidst the unique landscapes of the pine tree forest in Central Ohio. Located just 3 miles from what is said to be the most popular attraction in the state of Ohio, The Wilds (Safari Park and Tours). This getaway will allow you to enjoy local attractions if you wish, as well as the peace and quiet the property has to offer (unless you hate the sound of nature or the whistling of the breeze through the pine trees). Although sharing the property with other guests, we have made it a priority throughout the design and building process to create seclusion of your own space. Each location has a unique layout and is strategically placed with your privacy in mind. Unlike your "typical campground", our units are spaced out over 120' apart (minimum) and separated by pine trees, shrubbery and strategically placed privacy fences where needed. Whether you are looking for the private getaway or to mingle and meet other guests, our property offers it all. Guest access Our guests each have their own parking, deck/patio, propane fire pit, table. and area for lounging, reading, napping and of course cooking. In addition, our guests are welcome throughout the 5 acres to mingle and enjoy the beauty the property has to offer. (Of course while respecting other guests privacy and their stay. Other things to note One of Ohio's most popular attractions (The Wilds) is located just a few miles from our location (open year round). Other nearby attractions include State Parks, Lake Access w/ beach/swimming, boating, fishing, Wineries, Zip Lining, Horseback Riding, Hiking, etc. Our "Welcome Packet" is provided in the unit and lists many additional attractions, restaurants, and other places of interest. * WINTER INFO * Between Nov. 1 - May 1 running water, warm water and shower will be unavailable (toilet still operational). Plenty of potable water for drinking, doing dishes, washing hands, etc will be provided. Water will also be provided for flushing the toilet.
