Nestled in the heart of God's country, Hunting Cabin abuts up to the AEP Recreation lands and has 65 acres! Located only 20 minutes from Duncan Falls and McConnelsville, this land is a hunter's paradise! Deer and turkey are spotted daily, and the entire northern borders about 1000's of acres of public AEP land and is just a few miles from several square miles more with bountiful fishing! We don't feed; we are not a guided tour. The space The lodge has a BR with a Queen bed, and another bedroom with 4 bunks. Over each bedroom is a loft where 2 air mattresses could fit if needed. The living room has a tv, recliners and a sofa bed. The outside sitting area has several chairs to sit and enjoy the afternoon. There's also a sun deck and fire pit area. If you have a larger group, we also offer another bunk house adjacent to the lodge which sleeps 6 for an additional charge and there's plenty of area to camp or bring an RV (call on prices). The price includes 1500 Gallons of potable water per week. Additional water can be delivered for $100 as needed with a day notice. Guest access Turn into the driveway, access the lockbox to find the key to the gate. Go to the lodge and the code is on the front door.
