The space This large home sits on 1.5 acres along the Muskingum River. The fire pit and river access are across the street. The sunroom is a great place to entertain and offers great views of the river. The main room is great for relaxing and watching a movie with family and friends. Guest access Full access to the home. No access to the garages or sheds please for the guests own safety. Must climb a flight of stairs to access the home. Other things to note This home is out in the country a little bit. We run on well water and septic. The well is double filtered and softened. Please don't flush anything or put anything down the drains that isn't biodegradable. If there are any wildlife issues please let us know so we can deal with it and ensure that your stay is pleasant. To access the home you must climb a flight of stairs after that it is all one level
