Wifi, 2-50" tvs, and all of the amenities are included. Pull through parking for your trailer, boat ramp is 1/4mi away. Private docks provided in season so you can try your luck at landing that 50lb catfish this river is known for!
The space
Only 5 minutes from the hospital and the mall, 8 minutes to downtown Zanesville and I 70. The property is equipped with all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. There are two bedrooms with queen beds in them, and then a family/bedroom with a trundle bed that can sleep two. Wi-Fi is provided in this unit has air-conditioning and forced air furnace. Everything is brand new as of February 2023. There is plenty of space for parking and if you’re bringing a boat trailer, plenty of room to park it and turn it around.
Other things to note
Although there is a wood-burning stove within the unit, it is not available for use.
