Matt Fox’s interest in stained glass started at a young age, always being mesmerized by the beauty of the stained glass in the historic churches of Charleston, SC and Notre Dame’s famed rose windows. While standing in the colored rays inside a dark medieval cathedral brought first intrigued him to learn more about the art of glass and lead work. He finds inspiration from nature including marine life. Using various mediums combined with colored glass, both vintage and new, he tells the story of past memories and travel.
