New Pottery Guide
June 19, 2007--ZANESVILLE, Ohio--The publication titled “A Guide to Pottery in Zanesville, Muskingum County and Southeastern Ohio” is back by popular demand!
The guide promotes the area as a center for pottery shopping, collecting, and touring. It includes comprehensive information about the history of local pottery, photographs, and a directory of local retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and museums. The theme for the guide, Welcome to Our Tradition highlights pottery as a key part of the economic and social heritage of the region.
The pottery guide will be distributed at trade shows, through the mail in response to inquiries received by the Convention and Visitors Bureau, and through local pottery attractions and hotels.
