LEARN HOW TO MAKE SAUERKRAUT & LEARN ABOUT HERBAL SEASONINGS
 
Please join us at Ohio Pottery Norwich for a demonstration using fresh, local ingredients and locally manufactured stoneware crocks.

Janet Cassidy and John Miller will discuss how to select the right produce & containers to use for fermenting, slicing and layering the product, what to do while fermenting, best conditions to ferment, how to know when it's "done" and a brief discussion about canning the product. 
Denise Spiker of Spiker Springs Products of Adamsville will be on hand with her herbal mixes, beer bread, scone mixes and teas--herbal and relief.
Ohio Pottery Norwich offers crocks from 10 oz. to 10 gallon for fermenting and pickling products and this time of year a colorful selecton of autum decor including jack-o-lanterns and Thanksgiving decorations.
