Visit a house made of tires, cans, bottles and strawbales, or attend one of the monthly Victorian Cottage gardening luncheons.  Feed the rare breed chickens, hike through the woods with the llamas, or work up a sweat at one of the sustainable building techniques workshop.  Reservations are a must.
